Slidinghead Turning

If you require the latest technology Sliding Head CNC lathes giving outstanding quality and prices, then our production facilities are at your disposal. With over £1.2 Million investment in Citizen M32 and L32 machinery we are confident that with a wealth of experience plus a highly skilled workforce, we can offer you an excellent service.

ISO 9002 accreditation enhanced by our own customised Route Management Computer System has given us a reputation for producing high quality components.

Production facilities run manned 18 hours per day providing slidinghead components up to 32mm in diameter in batch sizes from 100 to 100000.

Fixed Head CNC Turning

All Turning above 32mm Dia is now done by our sister company Impact Precision. Facilities also run 24 hours per day. Our Nakmura WT-250s are geared up with 12 face and 12 side powered tools enabling extremely complex mill-turned components to be produced in one hit. These machines can barfeed up to 3" in diameter or take up to 12" diameter billets.

The versatility and power of these machines is such that we can actually produce some complex milled components from solid round bar faster than they can be machined on a vertical milling machine. This machine is similar to having a milling machine with a fourth axis and cnc lathe all in one one.

Stockholding

Place the order coverage and we will hold your components in our finished stock awaiting your call off for next day delivery anywhere in the UK. When the stock runs low our barcoding system will trigger another production run to ensure you will never run out.
