We have 16 Years experience in the ultra high speed machining of aluminium, stainless steel and plastic.
In recent years we have upgraded many of our machines to the latest
superspeed Haas' and have recently invested 600K GBP in Mikron five-axis machinery with automatic pallet changers to bring Hemlock Engineering to the cutting edge of technology and piece part cost down to compete globally on price, delivery and quality.

Our new Fifth Axis machining capability combined with offline CAD/CAM facilities enables us to produce complex forms from solid models which can be emailed to us in a wide variety of formats.
We also have many machines set up with multi-vice configuration in for both 3 and 4 Axis batchwork machining.
Up to 64 Components can be preloaded using a palletised trunnion system combined with 3R zero point tooling.

Deburring is done as standard on the machine wherever possible.
We can also design and manufacture jigs as neccessary to facilitate the required workholding for specific components or extrusions.

Inspection is carried out using the latest technology Mitutoyo CNC Co-ordinate measuring machine.
