With an unrivaled knowledge of CNC machining techniques, our team is able to provide consultancy and advice to value engineer a component or assembly to simplify production for larger volumes whilst ensuring they are totally fit for purpose.

Our prototype development shop consists of :

4 off  XYZ Protrak NC controlled turret mills.
1 off  Harrison Alpha Lathe (NC Controlled)

Small Welding/Fabrication Facility
Beadblasting and Polishing Machinery.
Clean separate sub-assembly and test area. 

We have our own metal stores on-site so as to be able to produce urgent development work often same-day.
