Hemlock Engineering Ltd specialise in the Ultra-high speed CNC Milling of complex components mainly from aluminium.  Other materials such as stainless steel, brass, aluminium and plastic are also often machined. Batches vary from single items/prototypes to quantities of up to hundreds or thousands.

We employ a highly skilled workforce of approximately 30 people and have a wealth of experience using HAAS vertical milling machines (of which we have 13)  and Mikron five-axis CNC Machinery with multi-pallet loading devices and 3R zero point tooling.

Our quality system is ISO 9001:2000 approved by NQA and integrated with a custom written computerised routing/planning system to helps us achieve excellent quality, price and delivery targets.

Our customer base primarily includes the printing machinery, precision instruments, motorsport and aerospace industries.

Their delivery requirements range from monthly call-offs to complete packaged assemblies, ready for international shipping, on a 1 - 24 hour call-off.
