We specialise in High speed CNC machining of aluminium baseplates using HAAS and KITAMURA vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines. We are currently machining baseplates and similar parts for printing and packaging machinery from aluminium tooling plate, HE30 and ALPLAN.
Many of the components take on a highly visual position in the finished machines and therefore beadblasting, anodising and packing are carefully controlled to ensure no scratching or damage on the finished components.
Production facilities are flexible to meet customer demand. Our inspection procedures are tailored to suit each customer, ie - inspection sheets and certificates of conformity if required.
Our quality system is ISO 9001:2000 approved by NQA and integrated with a custom written computerised routing/planning system to helps us achieve excellent quality, price and delivery targets.
