Production facilities run manned 18 hours per day providing slidinghead components up to 32mm in diameter in batch sizes from 100 to 100000.

Our Capacity List Includes

• 4 off Citizen L32 - 7 axis type VII Sliding-Head CNC lathes with LNS Barfeeds
  These are seven axis machines subspindle, 3 frontworking tools, 5 turning tools, 4 powered side tools and five backworking tools.
  The versatility of this machine allows complex components to be produced in one-hit and removes the need for second operations such as grinding and milling thus giving a significant cost reduction.
• 4 off Citizen M32 - 14 axis type V Sliding-Head CNC Lathes With Y-axis on turret and Barfeeds
  These are 14-axis machines capable of producing extremely complex components to high tolerances very quickly. The additional turret on these machines gives the added flexiblity of being able to turn conventionally as well as slidinghead. They can also twin-turn on the front and mill on both main and subspindle simultaneously. All the componets you see below can be producd in under 2 minutes complete on these machines (most in under a minute)
• 2 off Citizen L20 type VII Sliding-Head CNC Lathe with LNS Barfeed.
  Geared with parts conveyors and setup separately to run 24 hours per day (unmanned at night) these machines are run at a much lower rate per hour to enbale us to be competitive in the higher volume market sectors for the smaller components.
