features to be

IMPACT decided to buy
VF3 to increase capacity
for larger sized
components such as
aluminium castings.
The new machine has
through coolant,
12000 rpm and a
1 metre sized bed.

now installed. With swivel
head and Automatic CNC
control even the most
complex components can
be measured quickly and
easily even against a
CAD solid model file.

Now Installed - 2 of the
Fastest and most versatile
milling machines in the
world - the Ultra-high
speed Mikron XSM 600U
Five-axis milling machine.
We are actively seeking
Subcontract work to fill
these machines. Suitable
Components would likely
be complex aluminium
batchwork for precision
machinery.
The machines will run
round the clock and
have integrated 7 pallet
changing devices.
With spindle speeds
running at 36000 rpm
and with linear drives
on all axes, the
rapids are an incredible
90 metres/min.
