  12,000 rpm with through coolant

CNC Turning Slidinghead

• 4 off Citizen L32 VII 6-axis slidinghead CNC lathes with LNS barfeeds.
• 4 off Citizen M32 VIII 13-axis slidinghead lathes with LNS barfeeds.
• 2 off Citizen L20 VII slidinghead lathes with LNS barfeeds. (geared up with parts conveyors for unmanned operation on small diameters)

CNC Turning Fixed-Head

• 1 off Nakamura WT-250 twin turret lathe with barfeed.(setup with 24 powered face and side tools)
• 1 off Nakamura WT-150 twin turret lathe with barfeed.(setup with 24 powered face and side tools)
• 2 off Daewoo Puma 250 fixed head CNC lathes with barfeeds.
• 1 off Daewoo Puma 2500MX B-axis CNC lathe
  with 3" Dia Capacity barfeed.

All the above lathes have powered tooling to complete milling operations in one-hit .

Prototyping / Manual Machines
